Scrum is an agile process most commonly used for product development, especially software development. Scrum is a project management framework that is applicable to any project with aggressive deadlines, complex requirements and a degree of uniqueness. In Scrum, projects move forward via a series of iterations called sprints. Each sprint is typically two to four weeks long.

Agile Scrum Course Description

This Certified ScrumMaster ® (CSM) course is a highly interactive, in-depth course covering the values and principles of Agile, and the theory, practices, and rules of Scrum. It provides practical guidance for adopting Scrum and continuously improving your organization. Upon completion of the course and passing of the online Scrum Alliance assessment, participants are awarded the title Certified ScrumMaster ® (CSM).

SAFe® Scrum Master

In this course, you will gain an understanding of the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training, that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe Scrum Master Course explores the role of Scrum in the context of the entire enterprise, and prepares you to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization. This includes learning the key components of scaled Agile development, how Scrum is facilitated throughout the enterprise, and how to execute iteration planning. You will also discover how to build high performing Agile teams by becoming a servant leader and coach, and how to coach those teams to deliver the maximum business value that is achievable through SAFe. The SSM certification signifies that you are prepared to perform the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe environment, increasing your value to teams and organizations that are implementing SAFe.

What you will learn

• The syllabus of the scrum-training program will include a brief overview of the defined and empirical process. You will also learn about agile history, framework, and principles. Learning the basics will give you a better insight into the advanced working principles of Agile.
